I recommend this auto dealership. My experience was very good. My car was stolen in July and I finally found the car that I wanted - with low kilometres and the price was beyond competitive. I was able to communicate with Paul via text and a telephone call. He was quick to respond to my message and his customer service was also very good. I went in today and purchased the car. I will also mention that there was a lady inside the office and she was also purchasing a vehicle. She seemed very happy as well. It felt like I was buying a car from a friend. Nobody was pushy. Historically, I have found dealing with dealerships and mechanics to not always be a positive experience as some people in that industry think when they're dealing with a woman that they can be shady. I definitely did not feel anything negative and I'm very happy with my car and the service I received.

I was overall very happy with my experience at Vancouver Top Auto sales. I have only ever bought vehicles privately, so going to a dealership was a new experience for me. I live in Kelowna, and I called the dealership and talked to Paul the owner to book an appointment. He was friendly on the phone and very helpful, even answering my subsequent calls when he wasn't at the lot. When I arrived in Vancouver to look at the vehicle, I was greeted by his employee Tom, who was very warm and welcoming. He even let me use my personal scan tool to perform a thorough pre-purchase inspection, which was very nice of him. He rode along on the test drive and answered all of my questions in detail. After I purchased the vehicle, Tom made sure the insurance, licensing, and paperwork were handled smoothly and efficiently. He also did some extra vacuuming to the inside of the vehicle before leaving, even though I said he didn't have to, as he wanted me to be happy with the purchase. Although I never met the owner Paul in person, my communication with him was excellent and I am extremely happy with my vehicle purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a used vehicle - thank you Paul and Tom!
